About Me
At Hypnoyan LLC, I help people connect with their deeper selves in a way to allow for very powerful and positive lifestyle changes to be made. Nothing happens by chance, and if you’re here reading this right now, we are meant to connect.
My Story:
After over 15 years of working in the IT world as a data center support specialist, I realized that I needed to make a change in my life. I was physically and emotionally drained, stressed from dealing with angry clients, and taking all that frustration home with me and unleashing it on my family.
I didn’t know how to deal with it but I knew I needed to change. That’s when I discovered meditation, and it changed everything for me.
Now, you probably heard of stories about Himalayan yogis, how they levitate and communicate with their disciples from miles away, how they are melting snow with their bodies, or how they feed on sunlight. None of that was happening to me while meditating, but I had very different, unusual experiences that I could not explain.
If you are like me, you probably start researching it, and that’s exactly what I did. I had so many questions!
How was I entering this altered state?
Why wasn’t it happening every time?
And what was this energy-like feeling that I was experiencing in the base of my spine?
I knew I wasn’t sleeping because I wasn’t unconscious. The Egyptians had “Sleep or Dream” Temples, where sick people were put into an altered state using magical spells and chants. Once in this dream-like state, the priests or priestesses would give them suggestions to get better by connecting to the gods, but in my case, nobody was using magical spells or chants to give me suggestions. I was simply observing my breath.
As I explored this altered state of mind, I found myself delving deeper into the history of hypnotism and its many applications. From the ancient Egyptian “sleep temples” to Franz Anton Mesmer’s “animal magnetism,” I was fascinated by the various ways in which people have used this state of mind to promote a shift in their consciousness and transformation throughout history.
Eventually, I decided to pursue formal training in hypnotism at the Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy, Tampa, FL. There, I received over 500 supervised practical hours and became a certified transpersonal hypnotist.
I am committed to maintaining my training at a high level and attend conferences and workshops regularly to stay up to date with the latest developments in the field.I understand that everyone is unique, and I believe that working with a hypnotist is a deeply personal experience. That’s why I take the time to carefully craft every suggestion based on your personality and needs. My goal is to empower you with the ability to work with your deeper self so that you can change your reality. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, and my job is to teach you how to achieve this altered state on your own.If you’re ready to explore the transformative power of hypnosis, I would be honored to guide you on your journey. Let’s work together to help you achieve your goals and create the life you deserve.
